OKR´s Essentials Masterclass

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) have been helping drive the success of organizations like Google, Slack, Netflix, Spotify, Uber, Amazon, LinkedIn, among many others.

OKRs are broadly used as a management tool and corresponding strategy for businesses to achieve measurable and concrete ambitions. They are guiding lights that help us understand if we are moving in the right direction towards success!

In this online masterclass, you’ll gain first-hand experience creating and using OKRs throughout a team cycle, reviewing progress, adjusting course, managing expectations and learning from failures.

Key questions we will help you understand the answers for:

  • How can you start using OKRs with a team?

  • What's the difference between an Output and an Outcome?

  • What's the difference between OKRs and KPIs?

  • How Health Metrics complement OKRs?

  • What's the difference between Committed and Aspirational OKRs?

  • How to plan for things that don't show results until future quarters?

  • How to make OKRs visible across your Organization?

  • How to review the progress of your OKRs and adjust course?

  • What if we miss our targets or realize our objectives were wrong all along?

  • How and when to recalibrate OKRs?
